Commission plus Salary Business Development Manager
PSI is a software development company based in CA. We are 200+ people with clients in US, UK, Europe, Australia and India. We provide offshore development services to our clients across the globe. We’re looking for a sales/business development professional to be a key player and take a major part in growing the company’s sales in Australia.

• You have 5+ years software sales experience – specifically selling Software Product or Software related services and a proven track record of prospecting, qualifying, and successfully connecting with key decision makers.
• You have a proven track record of setting meetings, agenda setting, presentation skills, and negotiating with prospects.
• You have a proven track record of successfully closing deals.
• You are good in cold calling and cold emailing on regular basis to build out your pipeline.
• You have a strong drive to beat individual goals and targets.
• You have a relentlessly positive attitude and incredible work ethic.
• You have international class communication and presentation skills and are organized with a keen attention to detail
• You are willing to travel as needed.
• You have the confidence to grow the territory, and believe more on success based incentives than fixed salary.
